We develop a line of biopharmaceuticals that have the potential to revolutionize the way veterinarians treat a wide range of diseases.
We set out with the bees, fighting the American foulbrood disease, a pest that destroys hives and prevents honey production and pollination. Through the supplementation of their food with BeeTechnology technology, we managed to reduce mortality from 97% to less than 3%.
For chickens, we are going to fight Salmonella, which affects growth and contaminates animals, making it impossible to commercialize their meat.
In cows we will be able to prevent Mastitis, an infection in the udders that pollutes the milk, damages the mother and the steers, with high mortality rates.
BeeTechnology’s technology will also be used in pigs, preventing Porcine Proliferative Enteropathy, an intestinal infection that produces severe bleeding.
For livestock in general, our technology will combat Escherichia coli, a gastrointestinal infection that causes severe diarrhea, dehydration, and mortality in livestock.
