Who we are

BeeTechnology was born from a research question. If a hive sustains thousands of individuals under conditions that should favor any infection, something in that system is controlling the microorganisms. We looked for what it was, and found bacteria that produce molecules capable of doing it.

From there we work the full cycle, from isolating the microorganism to validating it on food, with external accredited laboratories as the counterpart for every result we declare.

Why Chile matters

Chile is a food exporter that competes in the world's most demanding markets for food safety, and its geography concentrates largely unexplored microbial diversity. It's both a good place to look for new molecules and a good place to test them against real standards.

How we work with industry

Joint evaluation. We start from your matrix, your process and your specific microbial-load or shelf-life problem.

Targeted trial. We design a trial on your product, with accredited-laboratory analysis and parameters your Quality team recognizes.

Scale-up. If the result holds, we define the in-line application method and the conditions of use.

We don't sell an off-the-shelf product. Every new application is, in practice, a co-development project.
